Rotary-Grate Hybrid Steam and Hot-Water Boiler
Combines a water-tube combustion chamber and fire-tube body in one system.
Water-tube and fire-tube boiler designs are combined in a single body. The water-tube combustion chamber mounted above the rotary grate is sized for the required capacity and high combustion efficiency. Its large volume supports flame development, radiant heat transfer, and efficient solid-fuel combustion. In the two-pass fire-tube section, suitable gas velocities and extended travel paths help transfer released heat into steam production. The generous steam volume responds to peak demand while the water-tube chamber supports rapid steam generation. Opening front and rear doors simplify tube maintenance.
